Ready to get rid of your waste?
A few reminders
- When hazardous waste is added to the container, an orange waste tag or printed waste label must be attached. All tag portions must be completed to meet EPA and ISU requirements.
- When completing the Waste Removal Request Form, all fields are required for processing. Do not leave any fields blank.
- If you need waste removal assistance with a laboratory cleanout or more than 70 containers, please contact EH&S at (515) 294-5359 for special handling.
