Indoor Air Quality

Occupant air quality concerns should be reported by entering a Service Request on the Facilities Planning & Management webpage (FP&M) or by calling (515) 294-5100. FP&M personnel will respond and attempt to determine the source of the problem. If FP&M is unable to resolve the problem, Environmental Health and Safety will be contacted. Please note: A fee will be charged for indoor air quality evaluations performed by EH&S.
