If you plan to use tents or temporary structures on university property, you must fill out the Request for Temporary Structures Form below. Submit the request form at least one week prior to the event for approval.
Ensure that the appropriate personnel at Facilities Planning and Management (FP&M) have been contacted for locates. Locates must be completed before installation can begin.
