Occupant air quality concerns should be reported by entering a service request on the Facilities Planning & Management webpage (FP&M). FP&M personnel will respond and attempt to determine the source of the problem. If FP&M cannot resolve the problem, EH&S will be contacted. Please note: A fee will be charged for indoor air quality evaluations performed by EH&S.
