Safe Winter Walking

It's that time of year again when snow and ice cover our sidewalks on campus.  Winter weather brings hazardous walking conditions on campus.  Did you know that employee falls on snow or ice account for more than half of the university's workplace injuries during the winter months? Ouch!  Let's work to avoid those bruised knees, strained backs, broken bones, and head injuries.  EH&S offers several resources to keep you safe while walking on campus this winter.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: 
EH&S is an employing unit which reports to the Senior Vice President for University Services at Iowa State University (ISU).
