Environmental Health and Safety launches updated Hazard Reporting tool for campus.

Concerned about a hazard or potential hazard within your department or building?  Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) has an updated tool that allows you to report hazards in an easy to use format.  All you need to do is answer a few questions regarding the hazard or potential hazard, then click submit.  EH&S follows up on all reports received in a timely manner. 

To access the Report a Hazard tool, visit www.ehs.iastate.edu and click on the Report a Hazard icon located on the EH&S homepage.

EH&S is an employing unit which reports to Senior Vice President for University Services at Iowa State University (ISU).
