DESCRIPTION:The final part of a four part training series for individuals w
 ho intend to use radioactive materials at Iowa State University. Part 4 - 
 Performance Based Training is a laboratory classroom session that covers p
 ractical methods for ensuring the safe use of radioactive materials. The p
 rerequisite for this training is to complete Part 1\, Part 2 and Part 3 on
 line and successfully pass these online courses. This is a laboratory trai
 ning class. Participants are required to dress for the laboratory includin
 g wearing closed toe and closed heel shoes.\n\nBring your completed Radioa
 ctive Material Worker Application (PDF)\, signed by your PI\, to the Part 
 4 training. You will not be allowed to complete Part 4 without this applic
 ation.
