DESCRIPTION:This course instructs supervisors on how to conduct an investig
 ation after an employee reports an accident\, injury\, or near miss on the
  job. Supervisors will learn to identify their roles in reducing accident 
 rates\, identify an accident's root causes and contributing factors\, and 
 identify measures to correct dangerous workplace situations.
