EH&S coordinates the participation of Iowa State University employees in the Occupational Medicine (Occ Med) Program. The Occupational Medicine office provides medical surveillance and consultation to university employees who work with materials and under conditions that have identified and/or regulated risks.

Medical consultations for incidental workplace exposures are available on a fee for service basis. A fee schedule for this service is linked below.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
