EH&S launches new Fire Safety and Fire Extinguisher training course

On February 10, 2016 EH&S released a new version of the Fire Safety and Fire Extinguisher training course.  The new course replaces the current Fire Safety and Extinguisher training course.

To make the transition easier for you to locate the new course, please follow the steps below to complete the new course. 

1. Login to Learn@ISU.
2. Once logged in, click on the Course Catalog link in the menu.
3. In the Environmental Health and Safety catalog, find Fire Safety and Fire Extinguisher Training.
4. Click on Launch to start the course
5. Complete the course and exam and you will be current on your annual training requirement.
6. If you have any other courses to complete, you can complete them or Log Out if you are finished.

A few notes

• If you click on the link for the old course, you will receive a 404 error.  The 404 error indicates the link is broken and you are unable to access the course.  This will show up in your “My Current Enrollments” as a course “In Progress.”  You can just ignore this as it will not impact your training.
• Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser when taking the course.
